There have been lots of keyboards in my life, at least for those years that I willingly allowed myself to be fascinated with the personal computer. But now that the laptops are the “in” things, I slowly began to realize keyboards are not part of the equation anymore. But if, say, your wireless keyboard is something like this where it won’t need be charged for three years, I daresay you will also try to get your hands on it.
The Logitech Wireless Keyboard MK710, which also comes with a wireless mouse, has four AA batteries that can last for three years. No one has tried the company’s claim, so we have to wait for maybe three years if the long-battery life is really true. But based on previous experiences with the brand (Cordless Desktop LX710 Laser), gaming keyboards like this one will surely last for years.
This device will retail for $100 in Europe by the end of this month. For US residents, you would have to wait until April for its US release.
