Acer Aspire 3811TZ And 3811TZG Are Eco-Friendly Gadgets

Manufactured without the materials that badly affects the environment like the PVC (polyvinyl chloride) and BFR (brominated flame retardants), these couple of new notebooks from Acer is labeled eco-friendly laptops by GreenPeace.

The Acer Aspire 3811TZ and 3811TZG comes with a 13.3-inch LED back-lit LCD screens and Intel’s ULV (ultra low voltage) Core 2 Duo processors. These make them “an extremely power-efficient machine.”

No particular specifications have been announced yet, but we can imagine that these new notebooks will come pack with a 4GB RAM, 500GB hard drive, WiFi connectivity, HDMI port and a battery that can last up to 8 hours.

Yes, Acer once again teamed up with Ferrari to create this ultra cool Ferrari one laptop that will wow even girly-girls out there. Although this laptop will only be available in Taiwan, I doubt anyone would kill me for introducing this here.

The Acer Ferrari One is a full-featured 11.6-inch notebook that has the same “exquisite details” as the Scudetto Ferrari. This laptop combines both top-speed performance and extreme portability in a single device. It runs on VISION technology from AMD, which will offer you the ability to have a balanced performance with its AMD Athlon 64 X2 dual-processor, low-powered CPU.

Acer Liquid 1 Android Phone Revealed

Acer announced in October that they’re coming out with a new Android phone, titled the Liquid 1. And now, we got the details on this new phone from the giant laptop manufacturer.

The Acer Liquid 1 will run on the latest Google android operating system with a custom-user interface. It also have a 3.5-inch WVGA capacitative touch screen display, and would be powered by Snapdragon processor running at 1Ghz. These simple features will make this smartphone one of the most powerful in the market, at least today.

Acer Aspire 8942G-728G1280TWN Brings DirectX 11 To The Table

Despite probably having the first longest laptop name in the history of notebooks, this Acer Aspire 8942G-728G1280TWN will also be packing the DirectX 11 graphics.

This notebook, which is taunted to be best for gaming, will ship with a Core i7 processor at 1.6GHz, 8GB of DDR3 RAM and most important of all, the ATI Radeon HD5850 graphics card. Other specs include a 18.4-inch 1980×1080 LED display, two 640GB hard drives and an 8-cell battery.

Rumors are that this notebook will be especially useful for graphic designers and hardcore gamers. Imagine what “Need For Speed” would look like with a DirectX 11 graphics.
